Ben embarked on his sales career over 25 years ago, transitioning from a highly successful managerial, blast engineering role in the mining industry after his last assignment in West Africa, Ghana.
In his first year in real estate, he made an impressive 51 sales, showcasing his innate sales skills. Recognising Ben’s talent, the Directors soon invited him to become a partner and co-director at Michael Johnson & Co.
His initial task was to build a sales team, which he did with remarkable success over the next 15 years. Ben recruited and trained new salespeople who went on to win numerous awards, including WA Professionals Sales Team of the Year, WA Professionals Salesperson of the Year, and Rookie of the Year.
Recently, Ben has served as the Sales Director, Manager & Licensee of Michael Johnson & Co.
His extensive knowledge is recognized industry-wide, and he volunteers his time on the REIWA hotline, advising the public on real estate matters.
